Privacy Policy Version: market-2026-11-04-v14 · Effective 3 November 2026 What information Flaanko uses, why it is needed and who can see it. Requirements marketplace We collect form / Meta-source answers, requirement owner name and phone, verification records, requirement posting ownership/status, posting fees and contact-sharing consent. Requirement summaries are public; direct participant identity/contact is visible only to authorised admin and buyers after release. Shared queue counts are public aggregate numbers, not participant identities. Account, reservation, payment, ledger and purchase records are private to their owner and authorised admin. Payment card credentials are handled by the payment provider, not public enquiry fields. Purpose: qualify and verify enquiries, arrange disclosed contact-sharing with relevant paying participants, including businesses, professionals and creators, review paid submissions, deliver purchased access, reserve service credit, handle complaints and prevent abuse. We do not authorise resale, scraping or unrelated marketing. Contact-sharing consent is recorded before publication. Paid marketplace enquiries · update 31 October 2026 For the paid enquiry service, Flaanko collects the submitted requirement, name, contact details, category, consent and verification records. Public previews exclude direct customer identity and contact details. Relevant businesses, professionals and creators receive contact details after a purchase within the disclosed sharing limit. Account, purchase, payment-provider references and balance transactions are used to deliver access, reconcile payments and resolve disputes. Card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored in enquiry cards. Buyers must not resell contacts or use them for unrelated marketing. Customers may contact contact@flaanko.com to correct or withdraw an enquiry and stop further contact sales; already delivered information cannot be recalled. 1. Information we collect Requirement posters and buyers may provide names, phone numbers, email, category-specific requirements, campaign details, budget, timeline, posting status, contact-access records and payment references. Enquiries may be supplied through Flaanko forms, user submissions or Meta lead ads. For rental services, customers may provide rental areas, BHK or commercial requirements, budget, profile, furnishing, timing and notes. Owners may provide property details, authority confirmations, rent, deposit and availability. Brokers provide identity/contact information, email, working preferences, account requests, property information and media, client updates and fee-related declarations. We also retain the applicable terms text/version and acceptance time, operational history, access/security logs, browser push subscriptions when enabled, and enquiries about website projects. Google sign-in supplies basic identity information; broker sign-in does not give Flaanko access to the broker’s Gmail inbox. Email/password authentication stores password hashes rather than readable passwords. 2. Why we use it We use information to verify phone numbers and stated requirements, record contact-sharing permission, publish anonymous requirement summaries, review paid submissions, deliver purchased contact access, operate prepaid balance and posting payments, and handle corrections, credits and refunds. We also use information to respond to requests, verify and link broker accounts, match rental requirements, release authorised contacts, coordinate calls/visits and follow-ups, operate campaigns, document outcomes and fee obligations, issue receipts, handle complaints, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal duties. Collection must be relevant to those purposes. We do not promise approval, eligibility or housing based on sensitive personal traits. 3. Sharing with brokers, customers and service providers Public marketplace summaries do not display the poster’s name or phone number. With the poster’s permission, purchased contacts are shared with relevant businesses, professionals or creators under the selected exclusive, shared-group or immediate limited-access option. More than one buyer may receive non-exclusive access. Buyers may use contacts only for the published requirement, not resell them or add them to unrelated marketing lists. Separately, matching approved rental brokers can see relevant requirements through their agreed service. A property-specific campaign may route enquiries only to its approved partner. A customer’s private page lists brokers who have actually received access, with their professional contact details. Flaanko administrators and authorised staff access records needed for their role. Hosting/database/file storage, Google services, email delivery, browser push services and Meta advertising/measurement may process relevant information. We do not authorise brokers to sell contact details or use them for unrelated campaigns. Legal disclosure may occur where required or reasonably necessary to pursue or defend a lawful claim. 4. Screenshots, media and supporting evidence Payment screenshots supplied on a customer’s private page are optional and available to authorised Flaanko administrators, not to other brokers or the public. They support verification and are not a bank guarantee or a substitute for an official payment receipt. Property photos/videos are privately stored for review and, with authority, may be used in approved advertising. Do not upload Aadhaar/PAN, bank credentials, card details, OTPs or unrelated personal documents. If relevant evidence is requested for a dispute, redact unrelated identifiers, balances and transactions. Never share a password or OTP with Flaanko or a broker. 5. Storage, security and retention The portal uses cloud-hosted databases and private file storage, with legacy operational Google Sheets/Google services where still connected. Service providers may process data in India or other countries subject to applicable requirements; we do not claim that every record stays only in India. Role checks, private uploads and restricted links reduce risk, but no internet system is completely secure. We retain active records while providing the service and afterwards only as reasonably needed for reconciliation, complaints, security, contractual or statutory retention and legal claims. We review requests to delete unnecessary information. Accounting, acceptance and dispute records may be retained where required or lawfully necessary, with access restricted. Backups may take an additional retention cycle to expire. 6. Your choices and requests You may request access, correction, account closure or deletion at contact@flaanko.com, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. You may withdraw optional advertising choices through Cookie choices and browser notifications through your browser or Phone alerts. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed, erase an outstanding payment obligation or automatically retrieve details already lawfully shared. Operator/privacy contact: Roshan Patel, Flaanko, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India; contact@flaanko.com. Contact us to stop an active rental search. We can prevent further matching and notify relevant partners as appropriate. Some information may be needed to provide the requested service; choosing not to supply it can prevent that service. Promotional consent is not a condition of an unrelated service. 7. Children, complaints and changes The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit a child’s personal documents. Report suspected misuse, a wrong-recipient link or a privacy concern promptly through Contact & Grievance Redressal. Rights and remedies apply as available under the Indian laws in force for the relevant processing. We will update this policy for material changes and provide any notice or renewed consent required by law.
